Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days after items are received. I will try my best to resolve any issues you might have. Otherwise a full refund will be made for the item purchased in its original condition, not including shipping fees. Refunds cannot be made after 14 days.

Payment
I accept PayPal, major credit cards and Debit in Direct Checkout. I will process the order as soon as payment has been received in full.
There are no taxes on my items for US and International buyers; taxes will be added on for Canadian buyers.

If the item(s) you have ordered are pre-made, your order will be shipped within 2 days. If I need to custom make the order, it will take up to 4 days.
Shipping to Canada is via Canada Post regular mail. If you'd like it sooner, please select the Priority or Xpresspost shipping option.
